The Technical team are highly valued within the business, all working together to build strong, collaborative relationships with R&D, Commercial, and Operations. As the Technical Analyst, you’ll be working alongside a highly-skilled team, all keen to share their knowledge and help you develop in the role.

As the Technical Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the collation and trending of analytical results, reviewing laboratory data to highlight any adverse trends. You’ll be seen as the subject matter expert, contributing to Continuous Improvement A3 problem-solving workshops, championing standards, and compliance across testing activities.

Highly detail-focussed, you’ll enjoy creating and managing documentation to assist in gap analysis for site and standard compliance. You will present this information and collated date you as part of the monthly Technical meeting.

Ideally, you’ll have a degree within food science, food technology or microbiological discipline with around five years’ experience in the food industry – dairy category will be a big plus. Experience of food safety management systems, familiarity with customer audits and working to external standards, e.g. ISO9001, FSSC22000 etc. are also essential.
