An Executive Chef is wanted for a fantastic Indian Ready Meal production facility in West London. It's to head up the production chef team over four sites (three within walking distance from one another) creating chilled ready meal and snack products to major food retailers such as Sainsbury's, Morrison's, Waitrose, M&S and Aldi.
This illusive opportunity to join such a hugely successful business that produces more than two million meals and snacks daily is certainly an attractive one for any aspirational Chef. - Can lead Chefs to work as efficiently and methodically as possible
- Have a deep rooted fascination within Indian cuisine,
- Have been educated through years of successful high end restaurant and hotel experience
- Have excellent planning skills
- Understand the challenges that need to be overcome when producing 100,000's of meal units on a daily basis.
