Engineering Supervisory role for a food manufacturing company that prides itself on their people and their people's development and progression.

This role would ideally suit an experienced Engineering Supervisor or Maintenance Manager who wants to work within a close-knit engineering team. You'll have the opportunity to make a difference to productivity and efficiency and be recognised and rewarded for your achievements.

As Engineering Leader, you will report to the Engineering Manager whilst based on a permanent Monday to Friday day shift. You will be responsible for the maintenance engineering team, leading the Maintenance Engineers through an Engineering Team Leader. You will be involved in both short and long-term projects, implementing new processes, new systems and assisting with the change of culture to have a more proactive approach. This is an exciting time of change for the company, where you will have the opportunity to have your say and make a difference. Leadership and change management skills are a must for this rewarding position.

Ideally, you will be skilled in both electrical and mechanical practices with a background within the food industry, however any FMCG environment will be considered. Above all you will need effective leadership, motivational and influential skills with the ability to drive engineering teams to success.
