  • Working as a Chef De Partie for at least two years at a high standard
  • Working with fresh produce and local ingredients that have been cared for and considered carefully
  • Working knowledge of a variety of cuisines
  • A genuine interest in food trends and the latest culinary ideas being tested
  • An ability to communicate ideas clearly. Having others hear your message and food beliefs

You may well retire in years to come, wearing a shirt and blazer jacket rather than a Chef jacket. But it all starts here as a Chef, working with the foundations of great ingredients making food items enjoyed for years.

This particular food category has health, and the environment at its core. Never has there been a more relevant category of food in the consumer psyche.
