You will be the “Customer Service Champion” throughout the business working with the full support of the Senior Leadership team.
As a further expansion, this business is ready to recruit a strong and successful Customer Service Operations Manager. This role will manage a large team of Customer Service Advisors working with all client queries across their European and International customer base.
You will lead a Customer Service team to design and deliver a collaborative, cross-functional Customer Service improvement programme, built around industry best practices.
Strong leadership is key to success in this role - with a requirement to coach, develop, and sufficiently upskill their colleagues allowing them to carry out their roles to the highest standards.
To be successful in this role you will…
- Have a firm and strong leadership style whilst still encouraging and motivating the team members
- Must have managed a large team in excess of 15 people
- You will ideally have experience within FMCG
- And it would be highly advantageous if you have worked in an export environment.
