First, you must have previous administration or sales support experience for this role. This will make sure you are bringing with you the ability to work at pace, show attention to detail, decisiveness, question when you think something is wrong, and confidence on the phone when asking for what is needed.
Your main responsibilities will include.
- Responding to export customer queries
- Export order processing
- Arrange export documentation accurately
- Working with internal business partners and customers regarding special customer requirements
- General support for Export Sales Team
- Resolve day to day issues where necessary
- Input Purchase Orders
- Providing telephone support to Customer Service team
To be successful in this role you will be self-motivated and pro-active in your approach whilst being able to multi-task and maintain a strong level of communication both internally and externally.
