Great opportunity to bring your expertise and ideas to the E-commerce strategy to keep up with the exponential growth of these brands within the online channels.
This is an online Customer Manager role which is essentially a mix of retail national account management and channel development of the overall online presence.
The role will have ownership and P&L management for key online customers such as Amazon, Ocado, Gousto and Hello Fresh. The remit of the role is to maximise the opportunity for profitable growth across a range of well-known and cherished food brands as well as retail own label products.
Working across numerous categories and taking full responsibility for the Online strategy this is a high-profile role within the business and will require a mix of expertise in clicks and mortar, a knowledge of trade marketing and a commercially savvy approach to customer account management.
As the successful candidate you will have…..
Ecommerce and online experience,
- Working in the food or drink sector you must be happy and well versed at working in a fast-paced environment
- Account management skills would be preferred with experience of commercial negotiation and joint business planning
- You may be currently working in shopper and trade marketing and looking to move in to a commercial customer management role
Although this is a European business with turnover in excess of £300m, they operate a fairly lean commercial structure and therefore you must be prepared to work under your own initiative and be motivated by a highly autonomous role. That said the role reports to the Commercial Controller and will have full support in all aspects needed to develop success.
