Customer Account Manager role for an innovative world food business. Based in Greater London, office based mainly with some home working and customer visits.
An excellent opportunity has become available to join a fast-growing importer, wholesaler, and distributor of world food solutions. This international business supplies food, drinks, and kitchen goods to foodservice and retail customers in the UK and across Europe.
As the Customer Account Manager reporting into the Sales General Manager your responsibility will cover the day-to-day account management of the restaurant chain customers, while working to legal compliance and accredited standards of food safety management and quality.
Being the restaurant chain contact within the business your customer service skill set will equip you with the all the necessary tools to answer delivery, product, order, and general enquiries whilst assisting the Sales General Manager.
Excellent customer service is required with internal Sales, transport, warehouse, accounts and purchasing departments to ensure that SLAs and customer satisfaction is achieved at all levels.
This role will suit a confident experienced customer service and or sales focused individual with strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills along with excellent communication, reporting and organisational skills. Pegasus Opera 3 financial software experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided. It would be highly advantageous to have working knowledge of Japanese, Asian or world foods, as well as the ability to speak Japanese, Chinese, or Korean.
