Excellent opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join a market leading FMCG business in Lincolnshire! My client has a reputation for putting people first! A well-established business that can offer realistic career progression and development opportunities!

Reporting directly into the Factory Manager you will work closely with the site leadership team analysing production wastage and other data to prioritise and action process improvements. This opportunity is about both change management and project management, identifying issues and putting strategic plans in place for cost saving and business improvement.

This Is a real change leadership role on operational excellence across site, you will take ownership in driving a strong CI culture across the factory and will have the ability to build effective relationships at all levels within the business, offering mentorship and training to colleagues.

You will have minimum Foundation level in lean or equivalent and Kaizan or Six Sigma, ideally greenbelt or blackbelt and have experience across FMCG, preferably food manufacturing. You will be confident in presenting to the senior team, offering solutions, and bringing ideas to the table.
