This newly created role will take full commercial responsibility for the franchise business model within the foodservice and travel sectors. You will engage with colleagues and external stakeholders across all functions including brand marketing, supply chain and merchandising, category and product development. The role will be the conduit to the franchise business partners and will manage pricing and promotions strategy, P&L in line with operational budgets and overall creating full trading plans.
You will already be in Commercial Sales, National Account Management or Procurement and the key to success in this role will be;
• Your current experience of working with food to go, either retail brands or food manufacturing
• Your demonstrable track record and experience in franchise trading models
• Your outstanding commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills and an eye for detail.
