An opportunity to join this entrepreneurial food brand with full marketing and brand ownership. The business may be an SME but the ambition if huge.
Unlike many large FMCG businesses with well-established brands this role of Brand Manager offers a unique opportunity to really develop and take ownership of the marketing plan and consumer strategy. The role will work closely with sales and NPD to manage the portfolio and pipeline of new product launches and scope out NPD in the category. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to manage the budget, create brand assets and generally take this amazing challenger brand on its next step.
This role will suit you if you are passionate about sustainability, free-from as well as general FMCG and food trends. You will also be excited by a SME business with great heritage and huge scope for growth. Also, importantly you will be someone who loves people as working in this close-knit team requires real people skills and the ability to communicate in a uniquely inclusive environment.
What we need from you…..
- You will be an entrepreneurial self-starter who strives to achieve with everything they do
- Importantly you must have experience in FMCG/CPG marketing and brand – within an SME or challenger brand
- You will be comfortable working with data and consumer insights to drive decision making and recommendations
- Finally, it goes with saying you will be creative, maybe a bit quirky and passionate about what you do
