We are delighted to let you know Focus have become Employee Owned. It’s been a long time in the planning. But we believe that as a team of Co-owner Employee Owners – we can deliver a really positive food and drink recruitment service for our clients and by inference the future of Focus.
Employee Ownership is still relatively new in the UK, but we are proud to be a leader in this exciting new way of running a business and we all believe this can only be a really positive thing. We all have a vested interest in the success of the business and are incredibly excited about our future.
Moving into our 30th year of leading the recruitment sector for the food industry, we believe we are again at the vanguard of the sector, with this refreshing and unique approach. All employees are owners and all with a share in the direction we take and a commitment to the future!
