Creating food products that work in both foodservice and retail is a true skill. Here you have the chance to create, as an Innovation Chef, products that can sit proudly on the shopping aisles of the UK's leading retailers or on the plates of the nation's favourite restaurants. The business produces exciting first-to-market chicken and turkey products and this is the chance for you to take the customers on a journey of new, creativity and true innovation when it comes to this category.
This role is for a chef that likes to experiment and challenge the status quo. Offering more and asking more of you to be inspiring with a genuine purpose. The position is that of an Innovation Chef, therefore consumer insights and an understanding of what's hot and what's not is key here. Offering suitable applications for your ideas and how they fit into the wider market is something that will be of real interest for the various customers you work with.
