The Silver Spoon Company was formed in 1994. From sugar it has expanded into specialist brown sugars, milk shake mix, ice cream complements and flour. It is now the UK brand leader in the retail sugar, ice cream cone and toppings market, and has an ever growing global customer base.


Silver Spoon works with all the major retailers, food service providers and cash & carry chains within the UK.

Silver Spoon staff count is approximately 530. Its head office is based in Peterborough with 6 further manufacturing and packing sites located around East Anglia.
