Will Focus apply for a work permit for me?
No. You will need to have the right to work in the UK or have a valid UK visa to be considered for a role. You may be asked to provide this at the beginning of the interview process.
I am a candidate with a disability. Can you accommodate my needs during the application and assessment process?

Do you have part-time vacancies?
Yes, on occasion.
I’ve omitted some important information from my application form or my details have changed, what do I do?
If you have spoken with a Consultant previously, please update them regarding your application. Otherwise, please send an up to date CV to email@example.com and this will replace your existing CV on our database.
Can I send you my CV / details for you to keep on file in case a suitable vacancy arises?
Yes, please send your CV to firstname.lastname@example.org or register via our website. One of our Consultants will contact you as soon as a suitable vacancy comes available.
What if I am interested in multiple positions? Can I apply more for more than one position?
Yes. Please apply for any roles that match your requirements and skill set.
What if I don’t find the right opportunity immediately?
If you can’t find a suitable vacancy, we strongly recommend that you register with us – you’ll be added to our confidential database and will be contacted as soon as something that matches your requirements comes available. You can also create an account on our website and then create job alerts so that notifications of new vacancies are sent to you immediately.
How long does the recruitment process take?
This can vary from role to role. Some of our vacancies can turn around in less than a week, whilst others can take much longer.
What happens after I submit my CV online?
We will review your details against the role you have applied for, and also against any other suitable positions.
If you do not hear from us within five working days, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
You will receive an email as confirmation of your registration with Focus, your details will be added onto our confidential database for purposes of monitoring your applications, and also to search against any future vacancies that may be of interest to you.
How do I apply for a position through Focus Management Consultants?

How can I learn about a vacancy that Focus is working on?
The majority of our vacancies are posted immediately to the Focus website.
By registering with Focus, you will be contacted as soon as a suitable role is added to our system. You can register on the website and create a job alert that is sent to you directly once a job is advertised that matches your alert.
