Founding Focus, Stephen has worked in the UK and Internationally on recruitment projects. He established the International Food Recruitment Alliance in 2010.
Maneeza WilliamsExecutive Search Director
Maneeza is the Executive Search Director for Focus Management Consultants Limited. She previously held a variety of HR roles in the Petrochemical sector.
Rachel ParkinSenior Consultant
Joining Focus in 2012, Rachel focuses on NPD roles, recruiting for major UK retailers, food manufacturers as well as leading high street restaurant and coffee shop brands at head office level.
Dominic CookeSenior Consultant
Dominic joined Focus Management in 2009, and is currently account managing one of Focus' largest clients.
Dave is currently responsible for operational functional recruitment for both branded and own-label manufacturers across the UK.
Victoria has worked 12 years of recruitment experience and specialises in management roles covering Technical, Engineering, Operations, with specific focus on the East Midlands.
Hannah leads procurement recruitment and has 14 years' experience of the discipline, delivering solutions across retail, foodservice and manufacturing, up to Board level and a variety of seniority levels.
Frank has been working in Recruitment since 2001 in the Chef and Development/Innovation sectors.
Nicole joined Focus in 2004, and has managed a variety of key projects. She is now focused on interim recruitment.
Alison joined the business in 2015, previous experience was gained in the recruitment advertising sector, where she managed a largely commercial client base.
Abbi started at Focus in 2015, and is focused on commercial roles for branded and own label companies.

Lynne joined the business 1998 and joined the Focus Board in 2016.
Lisa SnapeAdministration Manager
Lisa has been working with Focus for 14 years and manages the Administration team.
Joining Focus in 2010, she is a member of the Administration Team.
Sara Hollis is an Administrator who joined the FMCL team in 2016.
Charlotte AdamsAdvertising Manager
Charlotte joined the FMCL team in 2010 as a Recruitment Consultant and is now the Advertising and Database Manager.
Sarah NicholsonFinance Accountant
Sarah has worked in a variety of Accountancy roles since 1999 and has been with Focus since 2017.
